Our design & planning expertise is initially sought to determine the suitability of land & buildings for development. These site appraisal & feasibility assessments are then developed by our in house design & planning team together with the client to form the basis of subsequent pre-planning applications ('Pre-Apps') and full planning applications.

If necessary we are able to prepare and undertake planning appeals.
